ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — The Broncos have made a roster move ahead of their rookie minicamp.
Denver waived quarterback Ben DiNucci, the team announced Wednesday.
DiNucci joined the Broncos during the 2023 offseason and spent last season on the team's practice squad. He was elevated to the active roster for three contests but he was inactive for each game.
In his career, DiNucci has appeared in three regular-season games, completing 53.5 percent of his passes for 219 yards.
Denver added a pair of quarterbacks during the final days of April, as the team traded for Zach Wilson and selected Bo Nix in the first round of the 2024 NFL Draft. Wilson and Nix join Jarrett Stidham, who started two games for Denver to end the 2023 season, on the Broncos' roster.
