The Broncos will have a pair of veteran players available for Sunday's game in Baltimore.
Denver signed fullback Mike Burton to its practice squad and elevated him to the active roster for a Week 9 matchup with the Ravens. The Broncos also elevated inside linebacker Kwon Alexander to the active roster for Sunday's game.
Burton, who was released from the active roster on Friday as Denver promoted guard Calvin Throckmorton to the roster, has appeared in all eight games for the Broncos this season.
Burton had only been elevated from the practice squad once this season, as Denver elevated him in Week 1 before promoting him to the active roster ahead of Week 2. Throckmorton had been elevated the league-limit of three times, which required him to be promoted to the active roster in order to be available to play on Sunday against the Ravens.
Burton has played 16 percent of Denver's offensive snaps and 68 percent of the team's special teams snaps this season.
Alexander, who signed with the Broncos' practice squad ahead of Week 4, has appeared in each of Denver's last two games. The 10th-year veteran has recorded three tackles and recovered a fumble in his limited action. Alexander has played 26 percent of Denver's defensive snaps over the last two weeks.
The Broncos are scheduled to face the Ravens at 11 a.m. MT on Sunday in Baltimore.
