ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — The Broncos have made a pair of roster moves ahead of Sunday's matchup with the Ravens.
Denver promoted guard Calvin Throckmorton from the practice squad to active roster, the team announced Friday.
The Broncos released fullback Mike Burton in a corresponding move.
Throckmorton appeared in the Broncos' previous two games, and he was elevated from the practice squad for each of Denver's last three contests. Under the NFL's elevation rules, a player may only be elevated three times from the practice squad to the game-day roster.
Throckmorton has appeared in 48 career games and started 27 contests.
Burton has appeared in all eight games for the Broncos this season and also appeared in all 17 games in 2023.
In addition to playing 16 percent of Denver's offensive snaps, he has played 68 percent of Denver's special teams snaps.
