ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — The Broncos are set to regain a slew of key contributors for their season finale against the Chiefs.

Denver activated 12 players off the Reserve/COVID-19 list on Wednesday, including DL McTelvin Agim, ILB Baron Browning, CB Bryce Callahan, OLB Bradley Chubb, OLB Jonathon Cooper, CB Mike Ford, WR Jerry Jeudy, T Bobby Massie, WR Tim Patrick, NT Mike Purcell, S Caden Sterns and OLB Stephen Weatherly. The players will not immediately count against the active roster, as the Broncos received roster exemptions for each of them.

In corresponding moves, Denver placed quarterback Teddy Bridgewater, safety Kareem Jackson and guard Dalton Risner on injured reserve.

The Broncos also activated WR Tyrie Cleveland off the Practice Squad/COVID-19 list.

The 13 combined players missed Sunday's loss to the Chargers, but they should be poised to return for the Broncos' season finale. Between those on the Reserve/COVID-19 list and those held out due to injury, the Broncos were without 10 starters against LA.

Denver has just three players remaining on the Reserve/COVID-19 list: T Calvin Anderson, K Brandon McManus and P Sam Martin. Anderson was added to the list last week, while McManus and Martin were added on Monday.

Bridgewater has not played since suffering a concussion against the Bengals, while Jackson and Risner each played Sunday in Los Angeles. Risner left early in the game and had already been ruled out of the season finale.
