ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — Safety Delarrin Turner-Yell has returned to practice and opened his 21-day window to be activated to the 53-man roster.

Turner-Yell remains on the Physically Unable to Perform list, but he is now eligible to return to the active roster.

If Denver does not activate Turner-Yell within the 21-day window, he will remain on Reserve/Physically Unable to Perform for the rest of the season.

The Broncos selected Turner-Yell in the fifth round of the 2022 NFL Draft, and he appeared in 30 games over his first two seasons with Denver. He suffered a season-ending knee injury in Week 17 of the 2023 season and has been on the PUP list since the start of training camp.

Turner-Yell has recorded 42 tackles, one quarterback hit, a pass defensed and two fumble recoveries in his career.
