ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — The Broncos have signed defensive back Chris Cooper to their practice squad, the team announced Tuesday.
Cooper, who entered the league in 2018, has not appeared in a regular-season game but has spent time on the practice squads of the Bengals, Chiefs and Falcons.
He most recently spent time in Atlanta, where he competed with the Falcons during the 2020 offseason.
A product of Stony Brook, Cooper is a 5-foot-10, 202-pound player. He played safety for the Seawolves and recorded 127 tackles and four interceptions during his time at Stony Brook.
