The Lead

In Sunday's 38-6 win over the Atlanta Falcons, the Broncos dominated in all three phases of the game.

Denver did not allow a touchdown and scored on three consecutive offensive possessions to earn a key sixth win at home.

Brian Baldinger of NFL Network recently broke down key moments from the Week 11 victory, and he took a closer look at some of the game-changing contributors on both sides of the ball.

Defensively, Baldinger was impressed by the play of cornerback Ja'Quan McMillian, noting that "everywhere he lines up, he makes plays" for Denver.

"Week in, week out, there's not a better slot defender in this league," Baldinger said. "There are some that are as good, but pound for pound, he's as good as any football player in this league."

Baldinger also broke down a key play by cornerback Pat Surtain II, who tackled receivers Darnell Mooney and Ray-Ray McCloud III.

"That's a great individual play," Baldinger said. "He's shutdown all the way. Nobody gets [anything] on his side of the field."

Baldinger also highlighted Denver's offensive performance, noting that the team "blew the game open in the second quarter with two big drives led by explosive plays."

Wide receiver Marvin Mims Jr. and guard Quinn Meinerz received praise from Baldinger, while running back Javonte Williams' team-effort touchdown also earned recognition.

Additionally, Baldinger commended the play of left tackle Garett Bolles, who made his 110th start for the Broncos on Sunday. Breaking down several key moments during the Broncos' 10-play, 70-yard opening touchdown drive, Baldinger noted that Bolles is "playing great football" this season and was at the top of his game.

"Well-designed play, perfectly executed," Baldinger said of Nate Adkins' touchdown. "Bolles was 10-for-10 on his assignments on this opening drive."

Baldinger also highlighted quarterback Bo Nix's 33-yard pass over the middle of the field to wide receiver Devaughn Vele. The play ultimately led to a Mims touchdown before the end of the first half.

"This throw right here to Devaughn Vele is just a dime, because it's right in front of Jessie Bates [III], who [has] a ton of interceptions in this league," Baldinger said. "The throw [is] perfect.

"Two big drives, two big explosive plays and the Broncos are dancing like never before."
