Surtain — a finalist for AP Defensive Player of the Year — is up for NFLonFOX Defensive Player of the Year. The lockdown cornerback put together the most dominant season of his four-year career in 2024, matching a career high in interceptions and posting his fourth consecutive season with at least 10 passes defensed. He also made several game-changing plays, including a 100-yard pick six in Week 5 vs. the Raiders, which served as a defining moment in Denver's season.

Nix — a finalist for AP Offensive Rookie of the Year — is up for NFLonFOX Offensive Rookie of the Year. The 12th-overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft led all rookies in completions, passing yards, touchdown passes and total touchdowns during the regular season. Nix also broke several NFL rookie and franchise records as he led the Broncos to the team's first playoff berth in nearly a decade.

Cincinnati's Trey Hendrickson, Detroit's Kerby Joseph and Pittsburgh's T.J. Watt are also eligible for 2024 NFLonFOX Defensive Player of the Year, while Washington's Jayden Daniels, Las Vegas' Brock Bowers and Jacksonville's Brian Thomas Jr. are eligible for 2024 NFLonFOX Offensive Rookie of the Year.
