ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — The Broncos may have added a veteran presence to their tight end room.

Denver reportedly agreed to terms on a two-year deal Saturday with tight end Nick Vannett, according to KUSA's Mike Klis and multiple other media reports.

Vannett caught 17 passes for 166 yards in 2019 as he spent time with both the Seahawks and Steelers. Seattle traded him to Pittsburgh during the season.

During his four-year career, Vannett has totaled 61 catches for 591 yards and four touchdowns.

The 6-foot-6, 261-pound player, though, is more known for his blocking ability.

Vannett joins Noah Fant, Jeff Heuerman, Jake Butt, Troy Fumagalli, Austin Fort and Bug Howard at the tight end position on the Broncos' roster.

The 27-year-old has appeared in 55 career games since being selected in the third round of the 2016 NFL Draft by the Seahawks.
