INDIANAPOLIS — Seven weeks after getting sidelined with a knee injury in the Broncos' season opener, right tackle Ja'Wuan James will be back in a Broncos uniform for the team's Week 8 matchup against the Colts.
James, who was listed as questionable for the game on Denver's Friday injury report, was not included on the Broncos' list of seven inactive players, which was announced 90 minutes before kickoff.
Fangio indicated after Friday's practice that he expects to rotate tackles against Indianapolis as James works his way back into football shape following about two months of recovery from the injury.
"We'll play it by ear," Fangio said. "I'd hate to say one way or the other. I wouldn't think he'd play the whole game, but we'll see."
With James back available, the Broncos selected tackles Jake Rodgers and Calvin Anderson to be inactive, in addition to the other healthy scratches, tight end Troy Fumagalli and defensive linemen Jonathan Harris and Adam Gotsis.
Cornerback Bryce Callahan and safety Will Parks round out the Broncos' list of inactives as they recover from a foot and hand injury, respectively.
The Colts' inactives are listed below.
