ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — The Broncos are poised to play in another standalone game.

Denver will face the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 17 at 2:30 p.m. MT on Saturday, Dec. 28 on NFL Network, the NFL announced Tuesday. The game will air locally on Denver7.

The Broncos' game vs. the Bengals was one of five games that was previously designated as a potential Week 17 Saturday matchup.

Denver's matchup with Cincinnati will mark the Broncos' fourth standalone game of the season, as they will have played prime-time games against the Saints, Browns and Chargers before the Week 17 matchup.

The Broncos' matchup with the Bengals could have a significant impact on playoff seeding, as Denver could continue to move up the AFC standings with additional wins in the final three weeks.

The Bengals feature one of the top quarterbacks in the league in Joe Burrow and a pair of dynamic receivers in Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins.

Denver has won two consecutive games in Cincinnati, with the most recent victory coming in 2018.

The date of the Broncos' final regular-season game against Kansas City has yet to be announced and will be confirmed following Week 17.
