ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — It's time to throw it back to 1977.

The Broncos are set to return to Empower Field at Mile High on Sunday, and the team will debut its 1977 throwback uniforms against the Las Vegas Raiders.

The throwback jerseys pay tribute to the Orange Crush era and specifically the 1977 season, which culminated with the franchise's first Super Bowl appearance. The orange jerseys feature oversized white numbers with Legacy Blue trim, while the pants feature an orange-and-Legacy-Blue stripe down the length of the pants.

The helmet includes the fan-favorite "D" logo on a Legacy Blue shell, a white facemask and a vertical orange stripe.

Denver will also wear orange-and-blue striped socks to complete the look.

The Broncos' matchup with the Raiders marks the perfect debut for the throwback jerseys, as the Broncos defeated the Raiders in the 1977 AFC Championship Game to advance to Super Bowl XII.

During Sunday's game, the Broncos will induct Steve Foley and Riley Odoms into the Ring of Fame and honor Randy Gradishar for his Pro Football Hall of Fame induction. The franchise will also honor its 1977 Super Bowl team.

Denver is set to kick off against the Raiders at 2:05 p.m. MT on FOX.
