Broncos waive DB Keidron Smith

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — The Broncos have made a roster move ahead of Week 11.

Denver waived defensive back Keidron Smith, the team announced Tuesday.

Smith appeared in eight games for the Broncos this season and played 49 percent of Denver's special teams snaps in the games in which he appeared.

He has recorded six tackles this season.

Smith was inactive for the Broncos' Week 6 and Week 10 games.

The Broncos did not make a corresponding move and therefore have an open spot on their 53-man roster.
