ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — The Broncos signed punter Justin Vogel and waived kicker Taylor Bertolet on Tuesday, the team announced.
Vogel appeared in 16 games for the Packers in 2017 and averaged 44.4 yards per punt. His longest punt of the season traveled 62 yards.
The Packers then waived Vogel ahead of the 2018 season and he spent the 2018 offseason with the Browns. Cleveland then waived him before the season.
Vogel then spent a portion of the 2019 offseason with the 49ers.
The 6-foot-5, 220-pound player joins Colby Wadman as the two punters on the Broncos' roster.
Bertolet is a first-year player who signed with the Broncos in April.
