ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — The Broncos signed tackle Jake Rodgers to the active roster, the team announced Saturday. The move promotes Rodgers from his previous position on the practice squad.

In a corresponding roster move, the team waived center/guard Corey Levin, who was claimed off of waivers from the Titans on Sept. 1.

Rodgers joined the Broncos in April as a free agent and competed on the roster through training camp. During roster cuts before the first week of the regular season, Rodgers made the initial 53-man roster but was then waived and signed to the Broncos' practice squad.

Prior to his time in Denver, Rodgers spent time on the Giants', Panthers', Steelers', Chargers', Texans' and Ravens' practice squads. He also was on the Giants' active roster for a week in 2016.
