ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — The Broncos have made a series of roster moves ahead of Sunday's matchup with the Los Angeles Chargers.

Denver activated running back Audric Estime from injured reserve and promoted defensive back Tanner McCalister from the practice squad to the active roster.

The Broncos placed wide receiver Josh Reynolds and center Luke Wattenberg on injured reserve in corresponding roster moves.

Denver also elevated tackle Cam Fleming and guard Calvin Throckmorton from the practice squad to the active roster for Sunday's game vs. Los Angeles.

Estime, who returned to practice this week, rejoins the active roster after being placed on injured reserve with an ankle injury following Week 1. In his lone game action, he carried the ball twice for 14 yards.

McCalister joins the Broncos' active roster after being elevated for Denver's matchups against the Buccaneers and Jets. He played 58 percent of Denver's special teams snaps in those two games.

Reynolds (hand) and Wattenberg (ankle) were previously ruled out of Sunday's game against the Chargers. Both players will be required to miss four games and will be eligible to return in Week 10 against Kansas City.

Fleming, whom the Broncos signed to the practice squad on Tuesday, appeared in six games for the Broncos last season. He started 15 games at tackle in 2022. On Friday, Denver ruled out tackle Alex Palczewski for Sunday's game.

Throckmorton has appeared in 46 career games and started 27 contests. He competed with the Broncos in the offseason before signing with the team's practice squad ahead of the start of the regular season.

Denver is set to face the Chargers at 2:05 p.m. MT on Sunday.
