In 2007, I was in a car accident that damaged my spine and left me paralyzed from the waist down. Ever since then, me and my family have been thriving through all of the troubles. It has been a wild ride with everything but it has been fun. I'm in eighth grade, I'm gonna go to high school and I have my best friends Jared, Louis, Jerry, Arika , Caden, and Jacob. We all hang out, and just I have fun. I love playing video games and going outside and camping and hunting. Then, a couple of weeks ago, someone told us that I was gonna be the Jr. Broncos reporter.
It was awesome. I met some of the Broncos like Bradley Roby, Mark Sanchez and Von Miller.
We watched them practice from the V.I.P, tent. We went down to the field and waited for them to end with practice. I was a little nervous to interview a Bronco but eventually got over it. I interviewed Bradley Roby and these are the few questions that I asked and his answers:
What career choice would you have chosen instead of football?
He said soccer because he is athletic and he has really good foot work.
How do you feel about this season?
He said that he felt excited and that he was gonna make some plays for the fans and just have a good year.
What's John Elway like?
He said, "Well you know he's the boss."
If you could have any superpower, what would it be?
He said that he would have the power to read people's mind.
Did your mom ever make you watch girly movies?
He said no. After I asked Bradley Roby if his mom ever made him watch girly movies, Mark Sanchez walked by, and Mr. Roby asked him the same question. Mr. Sanchez replied no, and turned to my mom, pointed at her and told her to stop making me watch girly movies. It was awesome. EPIC! Today was amazing! It was a once in a lifetime experience.
Bradley Roby was awesome. He is somebody I will never forget. Thank you guys for everything!
