ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — Training camp is almost here.
The Broncos have announced three key dates for their 2024 Training Camp powered by Ford, and the remaining dates for Denver's 16 free open practices will be announced on Wednesday.
With 16 free open practices that include free parking for the sessions at Broncos Park Powered by CommonSpirit, the Broncos will host four more open practices than a year ago. Denver's 16 open practices are tied for the third-most among teams who have announced their training camp schedules.
Similar to previous seasons, fans will be able to get as close to the team as any around the league with seating on the berm overlooking the west sideline. The Broncos' decision to delay construction on their state-of-the-art new training facility was made with ensuring the fan experience for camp remained at a high level.
Denver's first open practice at Broncos Park Powered by CommonSpirit will take place on Friday, July 26, before the team hosts Back Together Weekend presented by Ticketmaster on Saturday, July 27.
Back Together Weekend presented by Ticketmaster is an annual NFL-wide celebration featuring a number of activations for fans.
The Broncos also announced they will host a joint practice with the Green Bay Packers on Friday, Aug. 16. Denver previously revealed it would host the Packers for the practice ahead of their Aug. 18 preseason matchup at Empower Field at Mile High.
Season ticket members will be able to reserve four complimentary mobile tickets per practice through their Ticketmaster account beginning on Wednesday while the general public can claim their free tickets on Ticketmaster.com starting Thursday at 10 a.m. MT. The Broncos' free mobile ticketing system earned a 9.2/10 rating in 2023 for ease of use with the team joining the majority of NFL clubs in implementing a ticketing system for camp, which contributed to a more comfortable and orderly experience while providing valuable feedback to improve training camp.
Free tickets are required for entry, and fans can reserve tickets for up to eight practices during the first 48 hours of availability. Free parking for all open training camp practices will also be offered at Broncos Park Powered by CommonSpirit.
In 2023, more than 25,000 fans attended Broncos Training Camp powered by Ford with only 15 percent of the attendees season-ticket members, speaking for the opportunity camp gives all fans to enjoy the team up close. Eighty-four percent of the fans at last year's training camp graded the experience "as good or better" than previous years. Ninety-four percent of fans, meanwhile, said they would return to a training camp practice in 2024.
Denver drew consistent attendance through its 12 practices last year, averaging more than 2,000 fans per practice with nearly half of those in attendance were first-time attendees.
All three of the announced practices will begin at 10 a.m. MT and are expected to be approximately two hours in duration. Parking lots will open at 8 a.m., and gates will open at 9 a.m. for the practices. During practice, fans will be able to get an up-close view of the action with seating on the berm alongside Denver's practice fields.
The practices will also include an increased emphasis on family friendly activations and also feature new uniform displays, food trucks, free water, player autographs and select appearances from alumni, Miles the Mascot, cheerleaders and more.
Denver's full training camp slate will be announced on Wednesday, June 26 at 10 a.m. MT.
