ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — The Broncos added a wide receiver to their roster on Thursday morning when they signed second-year player Steven Dunbar Jr.
Dunbar Jr. spent time on the 49ers practice squad as a rookie in 2018 and appeared in one game. The 6-foot-3, 202-pound player joined San Francisco as a college free agent out of the University of Houston. He caught 180 passes for 2,430 yards and 11 touchdowns in college.
Dunbar Jr. will wear No. 13 with the Broncos.
The newest Bronco will take the spot of Aaron Burbridge, who the Broncos waived on Wednesday.
