ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — Denver has added a pair of offensive players to its game-day roster for Week 2.
The Broncos elevated wide receiver Lil'Jordan Humphrey and running back Tyler Badie from the practice squad to the active roster, the team announced Saturday.
NFL teams are permitted to elevate two players from the practice squad to the game-day roster each week. Each player may be elevated a total of three times each season.
Humphrey was previously elevated for the Broncos' Week 1 matchup against the Seahawks. He played 30 percent of the Broncos' offensive snaps and received one target. In 2023, Humphrey caught 13 passes for 162 yards and three touchdowns.
Badie has appeared in one career game and caught one pass for 24 yards and a touchdown. Badie joins Javonte Williams, Jaleel McLaughlin and Blake Watson as the team's options at running back after the team placed rookie Audric Estime on injured reserve earlier in the week.
The Broncos face the Steelers at 2:25 p.m. MT on Sunday.
