Both running back Phillip Lindsay (foot) and cornerback Davontae Harris (hamstring) were listed as questionable for Denver's game against the Jets, but neither player will participate in Thursday's game.
Both Lindsay and Harris were on the team's list of seven inactive players that was released 90 minutes before kickoff.
Quarterbacks Drew Lock and outside linebacker Jeremiah Attaochu were previously ruled out of Thursday's game.
Quarterback Blake Bortles, guard Netane Muti and tight end Albert Okwuegbunam will also be inactive for the game. Bortles is inactive for the second consecutive week, as Jeff Driskel will be the team's reserve quarterback behind Brett Rypien.
Muti and Okwuegbunam, both 2020 draft picks, have yet to be active this year. After being inactive against the Buccaneers, Nick Vannett is available again for the Broncos in Week 4.
Defensive lineman Timmy Jernigan, who the team signed Wednesday, is not among the team's inactive players. LeVante Bellamy and Derrek Tuszka are active after being promoted to the roster earlier this week, and Josh Watson and Jake Rodgers are active after being elevated to the game-day roster on Thursday.
