ENGLEWOOD, Colo. -- Tuesday afternoon, the Broncos signed defensive end Hall Davis to the practice squad.

Davis, a third-year player, will wear No. 72 with the Broncos.

He was originally drafted in the fifth round of the 2010 NFL Draft by the St. Louis Rams. The University of Louisiana-Lafayette product has seen action in three career games with Tennessee (2010) and Cleveland (2012).

After competing with the Browns during the 2013 preseason, he spent time on practice squads with the Dallas Cowboys and Pittsburgh Steelers earlier in the regular season.
