Three for the show: Chris Harris Jr., Von Miller, Aqib Talib selected for Pro Bowl

**

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. -- **For the 28th consecutive year, the Broncos can boast multiple Pro Bowl selections.

Outside linebacker Von Miller and cornerbacks Chris Harris Jr. and Aqib Talib were named to the AFC's Pro Bowl roster on Tuesday night. It is the third consecutive Pro Bowl nod for Harris, the fourth in a row for Talib, including one selection with the New England Patriots, and the fifth for Miller in a six-season career to date.

Talib and Miller were selected as starters.

Six Broncos were named as alternates to the AFC squad: center Matt Paradis, wide receivers Emmanuel Sanders and Demaryius Thomas, safeties Darian Stewart and T.J. Ward and defensive end Derek Wolfe.

Miller earned his Pro Bowl selection by amassing an AFC-leading 13.5 sacks.

Talib and Harris continue to be the game's best lockdown pair of cornerbacks. Last year, they made history by becoming the first pair of cornerbacks in the free-agency era selected for consecutive Pro Bowl rosters while playing for the same team.

Harris and Talib are also the only cornerback duo to earn three consecutive Pro Bowl selections together since Cleveland's Hanford Dixon and Frank Minnifield earned Pro Bowl nods from 1986-88.

All three Broncos selections are part of a pass defense that leads the league in fewest yards allowed per game (183.0), per attempt (5.8) and per pass play (5.0).

The Pro Bowl will take place Jan. 29 at Camping World Stadium in Orlando.

Notable:Harris is also the NFL's top-rated cornerback by ProFootballFocus.com, allowing just 341 yards on 75 passes targeted at him.

**

VON MILLER**

Pro Bowl selections:5

In 2016:Miller continued his consistent dominance, posting the fifth season with double-digit sacks in his six-season career. He added a team-leading 12 tackles for losses, and is credited by ProFootballFocus.com with 51 quarterback hurries, the most for any linebacker in the NFL.

Notable:Miller is the 11th player in Broncos history to make at least five Pro Bowls. Eight of the previous 10 are Ring of Famers.

**

AQIB TALIB**

Pro Bowl selections:4

In 2016:Talib punctuated his season early with a 46-yard pick-six against the Colts in Week 2, one of three interceptions he posted in 2016. He leads the Broncos with 12 passes defensed and added 35 tackles.

Notable:Opposing quarterbacks have a 48.1 passer rating on passes thrown in Talib's direction, according to ProFootballFocus.com. That figure is the lowest permitted by any cornerback in the NFL to have played at least 25 percent of his team's defensive snaps.
