In Denver's playoff-clinching win, Nix completed 26-of-29 passes for 321 yards, four touchdowns and a 152.4 passer rating. Nix completed his first 18 passes in the game, which represented the most completions to start a game in Broncos history and by any rookie in NFL history. Nix also ran the ball seven times for 47 yards and did not take a sack.

With the performance, Nix became the first rookie quarterback in NFL history to record multiple games with at least 300 passing yards, four passing touchdowns and a passer rating of 140 or higher.

Nix also now holds the rookie record for the most games with at least 200 passing yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions.

The Broncos' signal-caller tied and then passed Baker Mayfield for the second-most passing touchdowns by a rookie in NFL history, and he also finished the season with the most passing touchdowns by any Broncos quarterback not named Peyton Manning.

Nix previously won FedEx Air & Ground Player of the Week honors following his Week 11 performance against the Falcons.
