ENGLEWOOD, Colo. --In addition to wrapping up the regular season, the outcomes of the games played Sunday in the NFL went a long way in deciding not only the playoff brackets, but also the order of the 2013 NFL Draft.

In the Broncos' 38-3 win over the Chiefs, the two teams in play represented opposite ends of the spectrum as far as the draft is concerned. With the loss, Kansas City fell to 2-14 on the year, giving the Chiefs the first overall pick on Apr. 25, 2013, when the draft kicks off. The order of the teams currently in the playoffs is set to change depending on how the postseason plays out, but as of now, Denver is slated to have the 32nd pick, the last selection in the first round.

By season's end, the 32nd pick will belong to the winner of Super Bowl XLVII, with the 31st going to the loser of the Super Bowl and the remainder of the picks between 20 and 30 being assigned to the other playoff teams based on a combination of regular season records and the outcome of the postseason.

The conclusion of the regular season also finalizes all teams' 2013 opponents. Click here to see who the Broncos will play next year.
