ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — Tackle Ja'Wuan James is officially listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Colts, but Head Coach Vic Fangio said "I think it's leaning towards that he'll be able to make it."
Fangio said he "wouldn't think" that James would play the whole game but didn't make any definitive statements. He said James could possibly start the game.
James was a full participant all week in practice. He has not played since Week 1, when the Broncos played in Oakland.
Tight end Noah Fant, meanwhile, did not practice Friday after cutting his foot on Thursday after practice.
Fant suffered the injury cutting athletic tape off his ankle, according to Fangio.
"There's been a lot of weird injuries at times, but that one is in the top five," Fangio said.
Fant said he "1000 percent" will play on Sunday against the Colts. His injury did not require stitches, and he said he was in no pain.
"I'll be at practice tomorrow and I'll be ready for the game," Fant said.
Linebacker Justin Hollins is also listed as questionable, while cornerback Bryce Callahan (foot) and safety Will Parks (hand) were ruled out.
