Injury Report: Slew of Broncos add to practice workload on Thursday

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — Many of the Broncos listed on this week's injury report improved from limited participants on Wednesday to full participants on Thursday.

Linebacker Justin Hollins (knee), safety Kareem Jackson (hamstring), linebacker Josey Jewell (hamstring), guard Ron Leary (not injury related), nose tackle Mike Purcell (knee), wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders (knee), wide receiver Courtland Sutton (lower leg) were all full participants in Thursday's practice after being limited the previous day.

Head Coach Vic Fangio said Hollins' chances of playing Sunday are "good," and that he also expects Purcell to play. He was not asked about any of the other players who were full participants Thursday.

Tackle Ja'Wuan James (knee) and safety Trey Marshall (lower leg) remained limited, while cornerback Bryce Callahan was out with a foot injury.

James is doing "just OK," Fangio said.

"Getting back into it after such long layoff is an issue, and that's mainly the biggest issue, but he's still feeling his way with the injury," Fangio said.

Cornerback Duke Dawson Jr. (foot) was added to the injury report as a limited participant for Thursday's practice.
