Injury Report: Phillip Lindsay ruled out of Broncos' Week 16 game at Chargers

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — Running back Phillip Lindsay has been ruled out of the Broncos' Week 16 game against the Chargers, the team announced Friday.

Lindsay, who is dealing with injuries to his hip and knee, will miss his fourth game of the season. Lindsay did not practice Wednesday or Thursday and would not have practiced Friday, according to the team's estimated practice report. The Broncos did not hold practice Friday.

Outside linebacker Bradley Chubb (ankle) and running back Royce Freeman (hip) were among the players listed as questionable. Both players would've been limited participants in Friday's practice, according to the team's estimation. Chubb did not practice on Wednesday or Thursday, while Freeman returned as a limited participant on Thursday.

Defensive lineman DeShawn Williams (knee) and cornerback Nate Hairston (toe) are also listed as questionable. Williams would've been a full participant Friday after being limited earlier in the week, while Hairston would've been limited Friday after not practicing on Thursday.

Tackle Demar Dotson (hand/not injury related), guard Graham Glasgow (foot/hand) and defensive end Shelby Harris (elbow) were not give game statuses and are expected to be available for Sunday's game in LA.
