ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — A pair of Broncos running backs did not practice Wednesday as the team began to prepare for Sunday's game against the Chargers.
Phillip Lindsay (hip/knee) was not at practice, according to a pool report, while Royce Freeman (hip) worked on the side with trainers.
Outside linebacker Bradley Chubb (ankle) also worked to the side with trainers and was listed as a non-participant. Chubb suffered his injury during Saturday's game against the Bills and did not return.
Defensive lineman DeShawn Williams (knee) was listed as limited, while tackle Demar Dotson (hand), guard Graham Glasgow (foot/hand) and defensive end Shelby Harris (elbow) were full participants.
Kicker Brandon McManus also returned to practice.
