ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — Guard Graham Glasgow will not practice Wednesday and his status for Sunday's game against the Jaguars could be in doubt, according to Head Coach Vic Fangio.

Glasgow left MetLife Stadium in an ambulance on Sunday after experiencing an irregular heartbeat. Fangio said Glasgow noticed something was wrong on the second or third series of the game, but he played through the discomfort. Glasgow played all but three snaps against the Giants.

Fangio said Glasgow didn't have a history of an irregular heartbeat and initial tests indicated that "everything's so far, so good."

Glasgow, though, will undergo more tests on Wednesday and his status for Denver's Week 2 game is "iffy."

If Glasgow cannot play, Fangio said second-year player Netane Muti would step in at right guard.

Outside linebacker Bradley Chubb (ankle) and defensive linemen Shelby Harris (wrist) and Shamar Stephen (back) will practice on a limited basis on Wednesday.

Fangio said he was unsure of Chubb's availability for this weekend and that he would likely have a better answer on Thursday. Chubb was listed as questionable for Week 1 but did not play in the season opener.

Fangio also disclosed that cornerback Ronald Darby, who was placed on IR on Tuesday and is expected to return this season, had been dealing with hamstring tightness.

"I'm not exactly sure when it happened," Fangio said. "... On the MRI, they showed a little bit of a tear that needs to [heal]. He needs to miss some time."

After practice, the team released its official practice report designations. Glasgow and Stephen did not practice, while Chubb and Harris were limited. TE Noah Fant (knee) was a full participant.
