ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — The Denver Broncos on Monday waived guard Jon Halapio and wide receiver Matt Miller, it was announced.
Halapio (6-2, 320 pounds) is a first-year player who spent four weeks on Denver's practice squad as a rookie in 2014. He entered the league with New England as a sixth-round selection (179th overall) in the 2014 NFL Draft from the University of Florida.
Miller (6-3, 213 pounds) is a rookie from Boise State University who signed with the Broncos as a college free agent on May 8.
