ENGLEWOOD, Colo. —The Broncos moved quickly to fill a sudden opening in their practice squad, signing long snapper Kevin McDermott.
Following Vinston Painter's signing with to the Cleveland Browns' active roster, Denver signed the former UCLA Bruin after he was waived by the San Francisco 49ers.
McDermott had been with the 49ers all last year, playing every special teams snap.
