ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — The Broncos have signed more than half of their 2024 draft picks.

Cornerback Kris Abrams-Draine inked his four-year rookie contract, the team announced on Friday.

Denver selected Abrams-Draine with the 145th-overall pick in the fifth round of the 2024 NFL Draft.

Abrams-Draine earned first-team All-SEC and second-team All-American honors in 2023 as he recorded 16 passes defensed and four interceptions for Missouri. He posted 40 passes defensed over the last three seasons.

"Abrams-Draine is someone we had a lot of exposure with in the offseason," Head Coach Sean Payton said after the draft. "He has really good versatility. He is kind of an outside-in corner flex."

Abrams-Draine is the fourth player in Denver's draft class to sign his rookie deal, joining guard Nick Gargiulo, wide receiver Devaughn Vele and running back Audric Estime.

The Broncos' top three picks — quarterback Bo Nix, outside linebacker Jonah Elliss and wide receiver Troy Franklin — have yet to sign.
