The DEI Consortium connects DEI leaders and stakeholders around Colorado to collaborate and exchange new strategies, learn new research and best practices to implement DEI strategies effectively. Topics included Affirmative Action and Other DEI Legislation, Neurodiversity as a Competitive Advantage, and Sports Fan and Consumer Survey. The University of Arizona's Global Sports Institute Team wrapped up the day by introducing the Spark Method concept.
