Michael Kalousek is in his 12^th season with the Broncos in 2025 and operates as the team's Vice President of Finance. He was originally hired as Manager of Financial Analysis in 2014. With more than 15 years of experience in accounting and finance, Kalousek is responsible for all aspects of the finance department's operations, including financial reporting, internal controls, payroll, budgeting, cash management and overall strategic planning.

With more than 15 years of experience in accounting and finance, Kalousek is responsible for all aspects of the finance department's operations, including financial reporting, internal controls, payroll, budgeting, cash management and overall strategic planning.

During his time with the Broncos, Kalousek has performed several deep dives into different aspects of the business and team (concessions, merchandise, credit card agreements, janitorial, player cash spending, tax compliance and premium seating) to improve cash flows. Kalousek has had major roles in the sale of the team to the Walton-Penner Family Ownership Group in 2022 and obtaining financing support from the NFL for stadium improvements.

Active in the Colorado community, Kalousek is a member of the board of directors for Special Olympics Colorado and contributes to the Accounting Advisory Board for his alma mater, Metropolitan State University.

Kalousek started his career in auditing for GHP Horwath in Denver, a local public accounting firm (now Crowe). He earned his CPA during his seven years at GHP Horwath, where he performed audits locally and internationally, including working and living in New Zealand for the Crowe network firm WHK.

Born and raised in Westminster, Colo., Kalousek earned his Bachelor of Science of Accounting from Metro State in 2007. He enjoys movies, reading and being outside (hiking or climbing) during his free time.
