Marc Jackson enters his third season with the Denver Broncos in 2022 and operates as Vice President of Ticketing, Sales and Service. Hired by the club in 2020, Jackson is tasked with leading all ticketing initiatives, including service and retention, business development, and operations.

Prior to Denver, Jackson served as Vice President of Season Membership Sales for Madison Square Garden from 2016-20. During his tenure, he led all ticket sales initiatives for the New York Knicks, New York Rangers, New York Liberty and Westchester Knicks.

Prior to Denver, Jackson served as Vice President of Season Membership Sales for Madison Square Garden from 2016-20. During his tenure, he led all ticket sales initiatives for the New York Knicks, New York Rangers, New York Liberty and Westchester Knicks. 

Before joining Madison Square Garden, Jackson spent eight years with the Charlotte Hornets, performing various roles in ticketing from 2008-16. He served as manager (2007-10), senior manager (2010) and director (2010-12) of season ticket sales before being promoted to senior director of premium & season ticket sales (2012-14) and vice president of ticket sales (0214-16).

While with the Hornets, Jackson's responsibilities included suite and premium sales, season membership sales and inside sales. He helped transform the Hornets' ticket sales program, eventually guiding the club to multiple Top 3 NBA rankings in new full-season tickets.

Jackson began his professional career with the Phoenix Suns organization in 2005, working as a sales rep for the Suns (NBA), Mercury (WNBA) and Roadrunners (ECHL) while also selling for live events. A Chicago native, Jackson is a 2003 graduate of the University of Illinois, where he was a three-year starter and member of the Fighting Illini 2001 Big Ten football championship team.
