Amy Dee joined the Broncos as Senior Vice President of Construction in April 2024 with a diverse leadership background in real estate development, planning, design, construction, portfolio management, and operations.
As a member of the Broncos senior leadership team, reporting to Owner & CEO Greg Penner, Amy's key focus is design and construction of the new Training Facility at Broncos Park Powered by CommonSpirit. The project is currently under construction and scheduled to open for Training Camp 2026.
Amy's career in real estate and construction started at Netflix where she was in leadership roles for over a decade. During that time, Amy led the company's real estate and workplace orgs through explosive domestic growth and global expansion into Europe, Asia, and South America. Amy left Netflix in 2017 to become Developer and CEO for a startup Colorado non-profit focused on transforming public education. This role included all aspects of development, construction, and operation of an award-winning education retreat. Other recent accomplishments include turnkey ground up development projects in Utah and California, Owners Representative roles for significant projects in the Sports and Entertainment industries, as well as a Chief Construction Officer for Utah's Powder Mountain ski resort.
