Paul Kelly has spent 23 years at the NFL level, previously working for 11 seasons as the director of football operations for the Washington Commanders from 2010-20. With Washington, Kelly was responsible for day-to-day team operations, including travel, budgets, planning for training camp and managing the year-round football schedule. He worked directly with Head Coach Mike Shanahan with Washington from 2010-13 after serving as assistant to the head coach for Tampa Bay (2004-08) and Oakland (1998-2003), including with the Raiders' 2002 team that advanced to Super Bowl XXXVII. A native of San Diego, Kelly is a graduate of California State University, East Bay.
