Five Key Matchups: vs. Bears
Sunday's matchup against the Bears features several star-studded matchups, starting with Brock Osweiler making his first start possibly facing OLB Pernell McPhee.

Former Bronco Jay Cutler is playing some of the best football of his NFL career, particularly in avoiding turnovers. He's completed 64 percent of his passes for 248.6 yards per game, 13 touchdowns and just five interceptions. The Broncos defense has struggled to force turnovers in the previous three games, but turnovers can come in bunches and this team has shown it can generate giveaways with the best of the NFL. Harris has two interceptions this season and definitely wants to get a third soon.

Bennett has been a top target for Jay Cutler with 48 receptions on 70 targets, including three touchdowns. Defensive Coordinator Wade Phillips knows Bennett well considering Phillips was the Cowboys head coach when Dallas drafted Bennett in 2008. Marshall will have his work cut out for him trying to defend the running back duo of Matt Forte and Jeremy Langford, and helping in coverage against Bennett.

Making his first start on Sunday, Brock Osweiler will face a defense that loves to use the zone blitz and confuse its opponents with disguises. No player is more dangerous on the Bears' defense than McPhee, who is a dynamic pass-rushing threat. However, McPhee expects to be a game-time decision with a knee injury that's kept him out of practice this week through Thursday.

You might remember Goldman's name as one floated out in many mock drafts as a possible target for the Broncos. The rookie out of Florida State has done well for Chicago with 1.5 sacks and 10 total tackles, and the entire Bears defense has been eighth in yards per game allowed.

Jeffery's physical attributes are reminiscent of the Broncos' own Demaryius Thomas. At 6-foot-3-inches, Jeffery matches up most closely with Talib, who is a lanky, physical corner. However, Jeffery has been limited this week with groin and shoulder injuries. Coming off a suspension, Talib will be hungry to help the Broncos get back in their winning ways, and if he can help stunt the Bears offense and help force a turnover, Denver will be in a good spot.
