ENGLEWOOD, Colo. -- There was reason for optimism yesterday when Chris Harris Jr. sent out the following tweet:
Dr Andrews said I looked as good as I can look after 6 months , 1 step closer Leggo . — Chris Harris (@ChrisHarrisJr) July 28, 2014
That positive outlook was confirmed today when Harris passed his physical with the team and was officially removed from the PUP list, making him eligible to participate in practice at training camp.
Like Von Miller and Kevin Vickerson, Harris will likely begin his participation only in individual drills before working his way up to team drills.
Harris partially tore his anterior cruciate ligament in the playoffs against the Chargers, a few weeks after Miller tore his in Houston.
Harris is hoping to be fully healthy and ready for the regular season opener against the Colts on Sept. 7.
