ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — The Broncos have waived/non-football illness defensive lineman Jonathan Harris, the team announced Wednesday.
Harris, who arrived in Denver via a waiver claim in October of 2019, appeared in three games for the Broncos last season and recorded six total tackles.
The Lindenwood product likely would have competed for a reserve role along the team's defensive line.
The Broncos' roster currently sits at 77 players, as fullback/tight end Andrew Beck does not count against the team's 80-man limit while he is on the team's Reserve/COVID-19 list.
Editor's note: An earlier version of this story misstated the transaction as waived/non-football injury. The correct designation is waived/non-football illness.
