ENGLEWOOD, Colo. —With the 183rd-overall pick in the 2018 NFL Draft, the Broncos selected Arizona State guard Sam Jones.
The Broncos acquired the pick in a trade with the Los Angeles Rams. The Broncos traded the 160th-overall pick for the 183rd-overall pick and 217th-overall pick.
The 6-foot-5, 300-pound prospect likely projects as a right guard in the NFL, according to scouts.
Jones became a full-time starter as a redshirt sophomore and was named a team captain as a redshirt junior.
Jones, a Highlands Ranch native, was an all-state selection at Thunder Ridge High School.
