ENGLEWOOD, Colo. --With a compensatory fourth round pick (133rd overall), the Broncos added to the middle of their offensive line by taking Florida center Max Garcia.
Garcia started all 12 games for the Gators in his first year at center in 2014, earning second-team All-SEC honors and being voted co-MVP of the Florida offense by his teammates.
In 2013, Garcia started all 12 of Florida's games, seven at left guard and five at left tackle.
Garcia began his college career at Maryland in 2011, starting all 12 games at left tackle for the Terrapins. He sat out the 2012 season due to NCAA transfer rules before getting on the field for the Gators in 2013.
