CINCINNATI — A running list of injury updates from the Broncos' Week 13 game against the Bengals follows:
1:18 p.m. ET: Inside linebacker Josey Jewell hobbled off the field with an ankle injury after a first-quarter play. Jewell was covering Bengals TE C.J. Uzomah on the incomplete pass in their direction. Shortly afterward, the Broncos announced Jewell is questionable to return.
Inside linebacker Joe Jones replaced Jewell.
1:22 p.m. ET: Chris Harris Jr. suffered a lower-leg injury later on the Bengals' first drive. Harris was inspected by trainers on the field before walking off the field with their assistance. He was then carted off for further inspection in the locker room. His return is questionable, the Broncos announced.
On the next Bengals possession, rookie cornerback Isaac Yiadom appeared in the Broncos' base defensive formation.
1:41 p.m. ET: Harris has been downgraded to out.
2:01 p.m. ET: Derek Wolfe was evaluated on the field for an injury midway through the second quarter. Trainers assisted Wolfe off the field. Zach Kerr replaced Wolfe in the lineup after the play. Wolfe received further inspection from doctors and the training staff on the bench.
Wolfe was carted to the locker room shortly afterward.
2:08 p.m. ET: Wolfe has a rib injury and his return is questionable.
2:48 p.m. ET: Jewell has been downgraded to out.
3:07 p.m. ET: Wolfe has been downgraded to out.
3:51 p.m. ET: Emmanuel Sanders was evaluated for a possible concussion and cleared to return.
5:17 p.m. ET: In his postgame press conference, Head Coach Vance Joseph provided updates on Harris, Jewell and Wolfe. All three players did not return to game action after leaving.
"Chris Harris [has] a break in his lower leg," Joseph said. "Chris is one of our leaders. He's one of our better players. When you lose those guys, obviously you don't gain anything. You lose something. But ... we won't flinch now."
Joseph added that Jewell suffered a left ankle sprain and Wolfe sustained a rib injury.
