ENGLEWOOD, Colo. --All players on the 53-man roster and practice squad were at practice Friday, but RB Juwan Thompson was watching the running-back drills from the sideline as the Broncos continued their preparations for Sunday's game.
Thompson was dealing with an illness, but is probable for Sunday.
QB Brock Osweiler returned to individual and team drills after spending the last two days working out with team strength-and-conditioning coach Luke Richesson during practice. Osweiler, who is listed as questionable, looked steady in planting and throwing on the knee he injured against the Chargers.
Kubiak said that he expected Osweiler would be available as the No. 2 quarterback Sunday.
"From what I saw today, I feel good about it," Kubiak said. "He took pretty much all the reps he could take. Yeah, I think he'll be okay."
Guard Robert Myers also returned to practice after missing the last two days because of an illness.
