The Broncos began their on-field preparation for the defending Super Bowl champions, the New England Patriots.
ENGLEWOOD, Colo. --Three days after playing through an injured left shoulder, CB Chris Harris Jr. was on the field along with the rest of his teammates as the Broncos began preparations for Sunday's AFC Championship against the Patriots.
Harris was limited to sub-package work against the Steelers and said after the 23-16 win that he would receive treatment throughout the week.
"He did some rehab here the past couple of days," Head Coach Gary Kubiak said. "I think his confidence is coming back ... I can't speak for him, but I know just from watching him move around today he felt very good."
With Harris on the field, every Bronco was present and accounted for as practice began, and all players had full participation.
The Broncos conducted their work without helmets, as they have often done in recent weeks to ease the wear and tear on players.
"We didn't go out there and bang on each other today. We'll get back to that tomorrow, but I think [Harris] more confident right now heading into this week as compared to how he was feeling last week," Kubiak said.
