ENGLEWOOD, Colo. --One lucky Broncos season-ticket member is about to embark on the experience of a lifetime.
Courtesy of The Membership Club, an NFL league-wide benefits program for season-ticket holders, Don Blake will receive the ultimate 2014 NFL Draft experience.
Blake, who has been a Broncos season-ticket holder since 1977 and a fan since the early 1960s, will get behind-the-scenes access to the draft.
He was hand-picked by the Broncos and will help kick off the first-round festivities this Thursday in New York City.
Blake, 79, will don a custom Broncos jersey with "Draft Day" on the nameplate and walk the red carpet with other season-ticket members from around the league -- and hand deliver the 2014 New Era Draft Caps into Radio City Music Hall.
That VIP access will continue inside the venue, when Blake and the other season-ticket members get to hand NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell a customized No. 1 Nike jersey from backstage as the picks are announced.
Blake, who said he parks in the same location and the same lot -- nearly a mile away from Sports Authority Field at Mile High -- for every game, will have VIP seating during the first round of the draft along with a guest, two tickets to day two of the draft and a tour of Radio City Music Hall to top off his draft experience.
