ENGLEWOOD, Colo. —** Denver Broncos Head Coach Gary Kubiak will be featured on a weekly show on FOX31 (KDVR-TV) called "In the Zone with Coach Gary Kubiak," it was announced on Tuesday.
The program, which begins this week and will continue throughout the 2015 season, is Coach Kubiak's official show and airs on Fridays at 9:30 p.m. with a re-airing scheduled for Sundays at 9:30 a.m.
Hosted by FOX31 Denver Sports Director Nick Griffith, "In the Zone with Coach Gary Kubiak" will feature an exclusive one-on-one interview with the Broncos' head coach. In addition to Griffith's sit-down with Kubiak and a special player guest each week, KDVR's sports team, including Raul Martinez and Kami Carmann, will provide Broncos fans with other unique segments like "This is Broncos Country," "Behind Enemy Lines" and "Rapid Fire Questions."
This week's player guest is outside linebacker DeMarcus Ware, an eight-time Pro Bowl selection. In the player feature segment, wide receiver Jordan Norwood shows off his photography skills.
"I'm very excited for the opportunity to sit down with new Broncos Head Coach Gary Kubiak each week during the 2015 season," Griffith said. "We'll dig beyond the X's and O's and into the motivation and passion that drives the team each week."
The Broncos' partnership with FOX31, which is in its second season, also includes a weekly segment to air Friday mornings on Good Day Colorado.
