ADA Ambulatory Seating

If a Season Ticket account holder of record has a temporary need to utilize ADA Ambulatory seating for a home game(s), the Season Ticket Account Holder of Record must notify the Broncos Ticket Office to arrange for relocation into ADA seating. Gameday ADA ticket exchanges are based on ADA seat availability on a "first-come, first-served" basis. Any price increase differential resulting from any exchange is the responsibility of the ticket holder.

ADA Ticket Exchanges

The Denver Broncos/Stadium Management Company (SMC) goal is to meet ADA demand from ADA qualified patrons. The exchange policy facilitates making ADA seats available for ADA qualified patrons. Tickets acquired from unauthorized outlets will not be honored. Ticket fraud includes but is not limited to misrepresentation of a disability. The Broncos/SMC reserves the right to take appropriate action regarding misrepresentation, which may result in relocation, ejection, or revocation of season ticket accounts.

Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) Overview

The Denver Broncos, The Stadium Management Company LLC, The Metropolitan Football Stadium District, HNTB Sports Architecture, and the Disabled Access Advisory Committee (DAAC) have jointly developed the following information, policies, and procedures for ADA seating to assure that facilities, services, and accommodations at Empower Field at Mile High are fully accessible and available to every guest. The DAAC includes a cross-section of the disabled community from the Metro Denver area. Groups represented in the Committee membership are the City and County of Denver Commission for People with Disabilities; the Paralyzed Veterans of America; the Colorado Cross-Disability Coalition; the National Spinal Cord Injury Association; Craig Rehabilitation Hospital and three unaffiliated individuals.

The objective of this joint effort was to create a stadium and game-day experience that not only complies with the ADA but which allows patrons with disabilities, along with their families and friends, to enjoy equal access to and the comforts of Empower Field at Mile High. Stadium access, parking, seating, signage, concessions, services, restrooms, concourses and other amenities have been constructed to follow the requirements and guidelines of the ADA as well as state and local laws and regulations relating to patrons with disabilities. The DAAC committee provided substantial input during the design process as to the special issues of the local disabled community.

Empower Field at Mile High is fully compliant with all federal stadium codes under the Americans with Disabilities Act. ADA seating is available on all levels and in every price range in Empower Field at Mile High for Suites, United Club Level, and Reserved Seating. Patrons with disabilities and their guests are allowed access to escalators or elevators located within the United Club Level and Suite lobbies at stadium gates 2 and 7. The media level and media workrooms are also accessible to guests with disabilities who have appropriate media credentials. All ADA wheelchair spaces in Empower Field at Mile High are accessible by elevator, escalator or ramps. In addition to seating, all entrances, offices, museum and the Broncos Team Store at Empower Field at Mile High are accessible for patrons with disabilities.

Trained guide dogs, signal dogs, or service dogs are permitted in the stadium. All other animals, including pets and emotional support animals, are prohibited.
